Manage strategic enterprise advertiser relationships in the Italian market. Advise partners on Pinterest media strategy, campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, optimization, and performance reporting. Translate data into actionable recommendations, present solutions, address objections, identify upsell opportunities, manage forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires digital advertising sales expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Italian and English, and hybrid attendance in Milan.

Design, develop, and operate large-scale backend systems and services for Pinner-facing features. Lead product development from ideation to release, build scalable APIs, use automated testing, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and leverage AI to improve workflows and quality.

Provide strategic EU privacy counsel for Pinterest products and launches, advising on GDPR, ePrivacy, DSA, and EU AI Act compliance. Lead DPIAs and privacy risk assessments, embed privacy-by-design with Product and Engineering, advise on data sharing, vendors, international transfers, and incidents, and develop scalable privacy workflows. The role requires qualified legal practice, significant EU privacy experience, strong product counseling skills, technical data-flow understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and independent judgment.
