Supports European portfolio management and trading teams through portfolio maintenance, model rebalancing, guideline and benchmark monitoring, compliance review, performance and attribution analysis, risk reporting, and portfolio studies. Partners with Portfolio Managers and cross-functional teams while improving workflows through automation, Python, SQL, VBA, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools.

Supports middle-office processing for OTC and non-OTC trades, including bonds, FX, derivatives, repos, and swaps. Responsibilities include monitoring trade capture, confirming trades with brokers, managing trade-flow reports, supporting portfolio managers, and escalating settlement issues to brokers and outsourced back-office teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, multitasking, problem-solving, and flexibility to work alternating shifts and later hours when needed.

Provide specialist legal advice across EMEA on data privacy (GDPR), digital, AI and technology matters. Advise on vendor/cloud contracts, outsourcing, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory implementation, and support IT and business transformation projects while managing external counsel and aligning global practices with local rules.

Lead a team to interpret, implement, and govern investment guidelines within the firm's compliance platform. Partner with Legal, Account Management, Product, and Trading to operationalize restrictions, resolve escalations, provide guidance, and drive strategic improvements, automation, and scalability of guideline processes.
