Reviews fixed income and equity transactions and portfolio holdings against regulatory, client, and internal investment guidelines. Monitors compliance alerts, investigates inquiries, calculates risk metrics, and prepares compliance reporting. Partners with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and trading teams to improve controls, data quality, automation, workflow efficiency, and risk monitoring through analytics and emerging AI-enabled tools.

Partner with senior leaders across EMEA to translate business strategy into workforce, talent and organizational plans. Lead workforce planning, org design, talent management, analytics-driven decisions, change initiatives and day-to-day employee relations while collaborating with HR functions to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Provide specialist legal advice across EMEA on data privacy (GDPR), digital, AI and technology matters. Advise on vendor/cloud contracts, outsourcing, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory implementation, and support IT and business transformation projects while managing external counsel and aligning global practices with local rules.
