Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, rewards, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compliance, communications, offboarding, HR administration, and HRIS reporting. Advises employees and managers, maintains compliant records, coordinates payroll-related processes, analyzes people metrics, supports Irish and EU employment law compliance, and contributes to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the Irish Overland commercial division by developing and executing sales strategy, driving revenue, gross margin, profitability, customer growth, and pipeline development. Manage commercial team performance, customer onboarding, upselling, tenders, commercial projects, and stakeholder reporting while collaborating with Irish and European leadership and operational teams.

Manage HR strategy and operations for Ireland, partnering with directors and managers on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, compensation, engagement, employer branding, policies, and HR systems. The role also leads the local HR team, supports training and group people initiatives, and ensures alignment with country and group objectives.
