Supports switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers, virtualization, and storage systems while optimizing network performance and reliability.

Designs, deploys, and maintains AI agents and scalable AI platform infrastructure. Responsibilities include observability with OpenTelemetry and Datadog, AWS automation, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, security, vulnerability assessments, load testing, cost optimization, troubleshooting, and platform support for AI engineering and data science teams.
