Leads front-end analysis and solution shaping for NAV production applications across fund types, with a focus on private equity and private markets. Applies fund accounting expertise to valuations, capital activity, waterfalls, allocations, data quality, operating models, requirements, acceptance criteria, risks, testing, adoption readiness, and product documentation. Acts as a subject-matter expert and translator between business stakeholders, solution owners, and engineers while identifying reuse and roadmap opportunities.

Serve as Investran subject matter expert for private markets, driving solution design, business analysis, custom reporting, data modeling, UAT, onboarding support, and production support to optimize fund operations and client reporting.

Lead and operate the compliance, risk and AML/CFT functions for a newly established MiFID entity. Serve as Head of Compliance (PCF-12), Chief Risk Officer (PCF-14) and MLRO/AMLCO, reporting to the Board. Build and maintain regulatory frameworks, present reports to the Board, manage regulatory interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland, lead risk and regulatory impact assessments, and coordinate with Group risk and compliance teams.
