Oversees payment operations, investigations, providers, capacity planning, workforce strategy, transformation, and global team development. Partners with technology, product, business, and client teams to support onboarding and growth while monitoring payment performance, automation, productivity, and operational risk.

Leads daily client trading operations, including fund order processing, trade documentation, settlements, exception resolution, and operational inquiries. Coordinates with clients, fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal teams while supporting AML/KYC requirements, invoice processing, process improvements, automation, reporting, and team development.

Designs, implements, and manages secure, highly available hybrid networks across AWS, Azure, Cisco Meraki, and on-premises infrastructure. Responsibilities include network architecture, cloud networking, security controls, monitoring, troubleshooting, VPN integration, automation, disaster recovery, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Supports switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers, virtualization, and storage systems while optimizing network performance and reliability.
