Lead and operate the compliance, risk and AML/CFT functions for a newly established MiFID entity. Serve as Head of Compliance (PCF-12), Chief Risk Officer (PCF-14) and MLRO/AMLCO, reporting to the Board. Build and maintain regulatory frameworks, present reports to the Board, manage regulatory interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland, lead risk and regulatory impact assessments, and coordinate with Group risk and compliance teams.

Support implementation and operation of the data governance framework: maintain data catalogue and taxonomy, identify and monitor Critical Data Elements, perform metadata management and data quality assessments, track and remediate data issues, maintain ownership records and RACI matrices, support data maturity assessments, reporting, training, and management scorecards while collaborating with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

Design, provision, and operate database infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code. Automate provisioning, patching, backups, migrations, and failover. Monitor and improve performance through query tuning and observability. Enforce data security and credential rotation, build reusable Terraform modules, partner with application teams, and participate in on-call incident response and RCA.
