Job Description- Prepare NAV calculations, reporting packages and supporting schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Process fund transactions and maintain accounting records, developing a strong understanding of their impact on fund performance and reporting.
- Support the preparation and review of financial statements and coordinate effectively with auditors and other stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service and responding to queries within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies and broader team initiatives, while supporting ad hoc projects as required.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience within fund administration, fund accounting, audit, asset management, or a similar financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting principles, financial reporting, and investment fund structures.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Geneva, Bloomberg, or similar fund accounting and market data platforms would be considered an advantage.
- Progress towards, or interest in pursuing, a professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent) is welcome but not essential.
