Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of AI agent platforms and infrastructure. Build IaC and automation (Terraform, Boto3), implement observability (OpenTelemetry, Datadog), ensure security, scalability, cost optimization, and high availability. Serve as Investran subject matter expert for private markets, driving solution design, business analysis, custom reporting, data modeling, UAT, onboarding support, and production support to optimize fund operations and client reporting.

Lead and operate the compliance, risk and AML/CFT functions for a newly established MiFID entity. Serve as Head of Compliance (PCF-12), Chief Risk Officer (PCF-14) and MLRO/AMLCO, reporting to the Board. Build and maintain regulatory frameworks, present reports to the Board, manage regulatory interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland, lead risk and regulatory impact assessments, and coordinate with Group risk and compliance teams.

Lead Client Trade Operations for a 12-month engagement, overseeing day-to-day fund account onboarding, AML/KYC, capital calls, payments, reporting, operational risk, process improvement, automation and system enhancements, stakeholder escalations, and team leadership while delivering projects and ensuring regulatory and client compliance.

Support implementation and operation of the data governance framework: maintain data catalogue and taxonomy, identify and monitor Critical Data Elements, perform metadata management and data quality assessments, track and remediate data issues, maintain ownership records and RACI matrices, support data maturity assessments, reporting, training, and management scorecards while collaborating with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
