Lead and operate the compliance, risk and AML/CFT functions for a newly established MiFID entity. Serve as Head of Compliance (PCF-12), Chief Risk Officer (PCF-14) and MLRO/AMLCO, reporting to the Board. Build and maintain regulatory frameworks, present reports to the Board, manage regulatory interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland, lead risk and regulatory impact assessments, and coordinate with Group risk and compliance teams.

Support implementation and operation of the data governance framework: maintain data catalogue and taxonomy, identify and monitor Critical Data Elements, perform metadata management and data quality assessments, track and remediate data issues, maintain ownership records and RACI matrices, support data maturity assessments, reporting, training, and management scorecards while collaborating with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.

Design, provision, and operate database infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code. Automate provisioning, patching, backups, migrations, and failover. Monitor and improve performance through query tuning and observability. Enforce data security and credential rotation, build reusable Terraform modules, partner with application teams, and participate in on-call incident response and RCA.

Support Business Operations Controls and the Business Review Group by tracking new business mandates from proposal to launch, reviewing documents for operational risk, recording and resolving action items, developing BRG governance and documents, attending hand-off and go-live meetings, preparing quarterly reporting, collaborating with stakeholders, and assisting with incident management and ad hoc control projects.

Lead system and data setups for new client/fund onboarding and conversions, manage conversion activities, validate NAV and shareholder registry data, create and maintain fund/client data in internal systems, drive process standardization and automation, liaise with stakeholders, ensure ISAE/SOC compliance, and provide subject-matter expertise and leadership to the onboarding team.

Serve as a hybrid business analyst/project specialist on an ERP programme, partnering with business, finance, operations, technology and vendors to gather requirements, map processes, manage Workday design/build/test/data migration/cutover, maintain governance (plans, RAID, reporting), coordinate vendors, support change management, ensure quality and readiness, and deliver post‑implementation improvements.

Manage daily maintenance of CLO collateral portfolios; review and test new CLO structures to ensure documentation requirements are captured; produce compliance and interest payment reports; perform position and cash reconciliations as needed; maintain procedures and controls; deliver timely client service; participate in service-enhancing projects and collaborate with internal teams.

Provide independent second-line oversight of technology risk, challenge first-line IT and information security controls, integrate technology risk into operational resilience frameworks (including DORA), review third-party technology dependencies, assess incidents and change controls, and produce governance reporting for senior management and risk committees.

Lead assessment and optimisation of Oracle Flexcube usage: identify unused features, rationalise bespoke customisations, triage and resolve Flexcube backlog items, coordinate with Oracle Support, translate business requirements into configurations, and produce documentation and roadmaps across IT and business stakeholders.
