Lead Client Trade Operations for a 12-month engagement, supervising BAU and project delivery, resolving escalations, improving controls and automation, enforcing policies, managing reporting/billing, and directing process, system, and training rollouts to meet client SLAs.

Support and evolve cloud infrastructure focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365, and Citrix Cloud. Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot environments; build CI/CD pipelines; apply IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep); automate with PowerShell; mentor support staff; maintain documentation and ensure resilience, performance, and security in a regulated financial environment.

Lead and operate the compliance, risk and AML/CFT functions for a newly established MiFID entity. Serve as Head of Compliance (PCF-12), Chief Risk Officer (PCF-14) and MLRO/AMLCO, reporting to the Board. Build and maintain regulatory frameworks, present reports to the Board, manage regulatory interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland, lead risk and regulatory impact assessments, and coordinate with Group risk and compliance teams.
