Designs, integrates, validates, and improves robotics and automation systems, equipment, and tooling in regulated manufacturing environments. Coordinates incoming quality inspectors, analyzes defect trends and supplier performance, supports NPI and AQP activities, and drives compliance with customer, safety, security, and RoHS requirements. The role also includes team leadership, training, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration within an electronic manufacturing environment.

Diagnose and rework test failures, lead debug efficiency and continuous improvement, develop training, maintain documentation, analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
