Leads supplier quality issue containment, corrective actions, SCAR processes, inspection planning, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement. Coordinates incoming quality inspectors, analyzes defect trends and supplier performance, supports NPI and AQP activities, and drives compliance with customer, safety, security, and RoHS requirements. The role also includes team leadership, training, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration within an electronic manufacturing environment.

Manages full-cycle recruitment across an assigned region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate relationship building. Partners with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develops sourcing strategies, maintains ATS records, and provides recruitment progress and market updates. The role also supports job fairs, employer branding, recruitment training, compliance with employment laws, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Diagnose and rework test failures, lead debug efficiency and continuous improvement, develop training, maintain documentation, analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. The role collaborates with production, quality, test, and manufacturing teams while coaching technicians and supporting robust solutions to test-case failures in an electronic manufacturing environment.
