The Quality Engineer supports manufacturing by identifying process quality risks and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and engineering methods, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a data-driven quality culture.

Lead daily site operations for a high-volume electronics manufacturing site, driving safety, efficiency, cost control, cross-functional coordination, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and customer-focused delivery while coaching teams and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Supervise day-shift production line to meet safety, quality, yield, productivity and schedule targets. Lead, train and coach operators, manage workflow, material supply, timekeeping, and continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen). Coordinate with planning, report issues, and optimize line performance.
