Leads a cross-functional manufacturing workcell, overseeing daily operations, staffing, team development, quality, productivity, yield, cost, and on-time delivery. Develops operational strategies, drives continuous improvement and cost savings, manages forecasting and resource allocation, and serves as the primary customer interface. Lead daily site operations for a high-volume electronics manufacturing site, driving safety, efficiency, cost control, cross-functional coordination, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and customer-focused delivery while coaching teams and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Lead introduction of new products and test technologies into manufacturing (NPI). Own test development, enable pilot/ramp, train and coach engineers/technicians, manage customer technical relations, analyze test quality, identify test procedures and equipment, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and ensure safety and security compliance.

Provides legal counsel and governance oversight for environmental compliance, supply chain due diligence, product regulations, corporate disclosures, permitting, incident response, audits, and regulatory reporting. Advises multinational manufacturing operations across global sites, manages compliance systems and corrective actions, assesses environmental liabilities in acquisitions, and monitors emerging regulations. Requires collaboration with supply chain, operations, and legal teams, plus expertise in environmental, social compliance, and human rights frameworks.
