Teams at iFi

Lead development and delivery of a community engagement strategy to increase access, inclusion and participation in IFI programmes. Build partnerships with community groups, design inclusive screenings, workshops and outreach, embed EDI across public activity, develop KPIs and evaluation, support programming teams, identify funding opportunities, manage safeguarding and report impact. Work cross-functionally to ensure community perspectives inform planning.
