Lead a small maintenance team performing fixed plant maintenance on site. Coordinate contractors, ensure WHS compliance, conduct risk assessments, work in confined spaces, perform dogging/rigging/EWP tasks, and complete digital reporting using tablets.

Supervise daily quarry mining and crushing operations, manage and coach staff, enforce health, safety and environmental standards, coordinate with maintenance to minimise downtime, maintain production records, and drive continuous improvement to meet targets and sustainability goals.
