As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll design backend platforms for AI products, set technical strategies, enhance APIs, and ensure operational excellence while leading multiple teams.

Lead end-to-end UX research for enterprise digital engagement products. Plan and run qualitative and evaluative studies, recruit technical participants, synthesize insights, map workflows, and deliver actionable recommendations. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to inform agile decisions and maintain shared research artifacts and documentation.

Design, build, test, deploy and operate high-throughput backend services in Java on AWS. Own services end-to-end (APIs, events/streams, storage), ensure scalability, stability, observability and security, participate in on-call and incident response, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and deliver features from discovery to GA.

Lead strategy and execution for AI-powered asynchronous engagement across messaging, email, and proactive/predictive journeys. Define vision, measurable outcomes, and portfolio priorities; partner with AI, engineering, and go-to-market teams; engage customers; build and coach a product organization to operationalize AI at enterprise scale and deliver measurable automation and CX improvements.
