Develop and maintain automated GRC tooling and serverless evidence-collection systems on AWS. Build microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations; contribute AI-enhanced compliance features (using AWS Bedrock); implement IaC and containerized deployments; collaborate with audit and development teams to design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot compliance automation solutions.

Lead design, build, and operate scalable telecom/VoIP/SIP cloud-native microservices (Java/C) on AWS. Integrate SIP routing, media, SBCs, and carrier connectivity; troubleshoot signaling and media; ensure reliability, observability, and production readiness; mentor engineers and collaborate across product, DevOps, QA, security, and operations.

Own the product direction and roadmap for enterprise callback capabilities within Genesys Cloud. Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver scalable, reliable callback and virtual hold experiences, partner with engineering and commercial teams, analyze usage and operational metrics, and coordinate packaging, billing, and go-to-market readiness to improve customer experience and platform adoption.
