Develop and maintain automated GRC tooling and serverless evidence-collection systems on AWS. Build microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations; contribute AI-enhanced compliance features (using AWS Bedrock); implement IaC and containerized deployments; collaborate with audit and development teams to design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot compliance automation solutions.

Own the product direction and roadmap for enterprise callback capabilities within Genesys Cloud. Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver scalable, reliable callback and virtual hold experiences, partner with engineering and commercial teams, analyze usage and operational metrics, and coordinate packaging, billing, and go-to-market readiness to improve customer experience and platform adoption.

Lead strategy and execution for Platform Foundations in Genesys Cloud: API usage visibility, platform limits, configuration-as-code, CI/CD, storage reporting, self-service administration, and AI-driven operational tooling. Collaborate with engineering, UX, customer success, and GTM teams to translate complex platform systems into scalable, intuitive customer experiences that improve transparency, automate administration, and optimize operations.
