Drive partner-led growth for Sentinel One by recruiting and expanding MSP, MSSP, SI, and reseller partners; build and execute go-to-market and joint business plans; own revenue, profit, market share, pipeline, forecasting, and partner enablement to accelerate adoption and commercial results.

Provides regional technical leadership across the full services lifecycle, supporting strategic customer engagements, pre-sales and post-sales activities, workshops, demonstrations, assessments, proofs of concept, implementations, and transformation initiatives. Develops solution architectures, reusable technical assets, methodologies, and best practices while serving as an escalation point for complex enterprise technical challenges. Collaborates across countries and functions and reports to the Global Services Director.

Lead global training and enablement strategy across sales, pre-sales, technical, delivery and support (ex-US). Assess capability gaps, create multi-year learning roadmaps, define role-based pathways, design onboarding, develop training content, and partner with L&D to drive accreditation, partner competency, and measurable business impact.
