Supports daily Azure administration, including resource provisioning, access management, monitoring, incident response, backup checks, security controls, documentation, and infrastructure automation. Uses PowerShell and Azure CLI to automate operational tasks, assists with infrastructure-as-code and environment changes, tests non-production updates, and maintains runbooks. The role also contributes to compliance, cost management, configuration remediation, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior technical staff.

Designs and improves Azure-based DevOps practices for a secure SaaS platform. Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with IaC, managing containerized workloads, improving reliability and observability, embedding security controls, optimizing Azure costs, automating secrets and certificates, and supporting incident response and resilience across distributed systems.

Design, implement, and operate highly available, scalable Azure-hosted SaaS systems. Build IaC, automation, CI/CD, and observability; lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements while embedding security and compliance.
