My focus is to inspire people and focus on their growth, to be here to back them up and support them and to ensure they have everything they need to be ready for the next step. I grow along with them to prepare them for that next step.

Through internal promotions and external hires, I have tried to create a culture of coaching and enablement. When I look at the leadership team that we have and the impact that they have made so far, I feel like I’ve succeeded.
