The Customer Success Associate manages strategic relationships with a high volume of customers, driving adoption, retention, and ensuring positive experiences through technical support and collaboration.

Provide multi-channel technical support for Datadog customers: reproduce and resolve issues, educate users, troubleshoot integrations, escalate product feedback, and become a product specialist. Work onsite 3–5 days weekly and on a rotating schedule including weekends.

Manage post-sale customer relationships to drive onboarding, adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and renewals. Partner with sales and internal teams, monitor usage trends to identify risks, advocate for customers, and execute full-sales cycles to grow existing accounts.
