Lead and develop a high-performing sales and customer success enablement team across EMEA. Design, deliver, and optimize scalable training, coaching, curriculum, and learning programs for go-to-market teams. Partner with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, create targeted solutions, represent field needs, and measure business impact. Responsibilities include facilitating global training events, classroom sessions, e-learning, sales kickoffs, QBRs, and coaching programs.

Lead and develop Customer Success Managers while owning regional customer retention, renewals, expansions, and revenue growth. Serve as an escalation point and customer success role model, negotiate renewals and upsells, resolve complex challenges cross-functionally, and build high-performing teams through talent attraction, coaching, and development.

Manage existing customer accounts through onboarding, adoption, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Build trusted relationships, advise customers on effective Datadog usage, identify usage trends and renewal risks, negotiate contract terms, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
