Owns the full commercial sales cycle from pipeline generation through deal closure, focusing on larger and more complex opportunities. Applies MEDDIC and commercial messaging methodologies to progress deals and produce accurate forecasts. Maintains current prospect and opportunity information in Salesforce, exercises independent judgment, and resolves moderately difficult issues with limited day-to-day supervision.

Provides complex SaaS deal structuring, pricing, quoting, and negotiation support for global sales teams. Partners with Sales Operations, Billing, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Revenue, and Product Management to resolve customer issues, ensure adherence to internal controls, and serve as a pricing subject matter expert. Requires strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and multitasking skills, along with knowledge of revenue recognition principles.

Manage customer incidents and escalations from response through resolution, coordinating technical stakeholders and communications during sensitive or large-scale events. Implement monitoring, troubleshoot recurring cloud infrastructure issues, improve operational processes, document lessons learned, deliver incident-management training, lead improvement projects, and mentor peers. The role requires incident-management experience, technical support or IT experience, cloud familiarity, scripting knowledge, and strong cross-functional problem-solving skills.
