Teams at Cursor

Build hands-on technical learning content (labs, tutorials, workshops, demos, reference implementations) using Cursor to enable developer adoption; lead workshops; partner with Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Field teams; measure adoption and improve educational formats.

Lead and build a technical curriculum function: create roadmaps, author code-focused learning content, partner with Product and Engineering for launches, define metrics for developer activation and fluency, and hire and grow a team of education engineers.

Post-sales, customer-facing role that drives developer adoption of AI tooling by designing and running hackathons, Customer Developer Days, and repeatable facilitation infrastructure. Partner with deployment and success teams to diagnose adoption stalls, run high-touch interventions, capture outcomes, and evangelize results. Must be technically credible with developers and able to troubleshoot and demonstrate AI coding tools in real time.
