Build hands-on technical learning content (labs, tutorials, workshops, demos, reference implementations) using Cursor to enable developer adoption; lead workshops; partner with Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Field teams; measure adoption and improve educational formats.

Lead and build a technical curriculum function: create roadmaps, author code-focused learning content, partner with Product and Engineering for launches, define metrics for developer activation and fluency, and hire and grow a team of education engineers.

Lead and expand Cursor's executive briefing and engagement network across EMEA. Plan and run executive meetings and roadshows, source pipeline, drive new market entry and regional growth strategy, and manage partner and customer relationships through the account lifecycle.
