Responsibilities include project governance, financial performance, scheduling, risk and change management, customer and executive stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, supplier coordination, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams.

Leads complex, high-value customer programmes across international manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include programme governance, integrated scheduling, risk and change management, financial and capacity planning, subcontractor oversight, delivery performance, customer communication, and process improvement. The role partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Project Management teams to improve delivery certainty, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while scaling global programme capabilities.

Leads CEL’s enterprise AI adoption by developing the AI roadmap, identifying and scaling use cases, integrating AI with ERP, CAD/PLM, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other systems, and establishing responsible AI governance. The role partners with business, IT, vendors, and external providers; develops adoption metrics; trains employees; manages change; and supports AI-enabled engineering, predictive maintenance, analytics, and intelligent infrastructure initiatives.

Own and optimize SAP Business ByDesign across Ireland and the United States. Provide ERP support to manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, quality, project, and finance teams; manage configuration, workflows, access, master data, reporting, integrations, testing, releases, and user training. Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives while helping define CEL’s future ERP strategy and systems roadmap.

Owns and improves project governance, portfolio reporting, stage-gate processes, dashboards, RAID logs, dependency management, budgets, and project controls across strategic manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives. The role supports project planning, risk escalation, stakeholder coaching, reporting automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with Business Systems, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and senior leadership across Ireland and North America.

Perform maintenance, testing, fault diagnosis and emergency support for LV and MV switchgear across client sites. Deliver PPM, relay and breaker testing, isolation and switching operations, commissioning, documentation, and customer-facing technical support while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The Modular Design Manager oversees the Modular Design Team, ensuring compliance with standards, providing project reports, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in modular construction.

The Project Engineer at CEL will liaise between production and engineering teams, resolve technical queries, manage project data, and improve designs for electrical switchgear products.

Produce accurate 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings for electrical switchgear. Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with CAD standards. Collaborate with electrical designers, project managers, production, and suppliers, maintain BOMs and component libraries, provide production support, and optimise designs for material efficiency and fabrication.

The Technical Writer will create high-quality documentation for CEL's power solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and usability.
