Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from offer acceptance through offboarding, including onboarding, contracts, pre-employment checks, probation tracking, HR records, reporting, policy documentation, and employee support. Maintain HRIS and timekeeping data, support HRIS implementation and migration projects, ensure GDPR and Irish compliance, coordinate training and performance cycles, and contribute to HR process improvements across Ireland and the United States.

Owns full-cycle recruitment for CEL’s Ireland operation, managing entry- to mid-level requisitions across sales, finance, production, engineering, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, stakeholder partnership, talent pipeline development, employer branding, ATS data management, KPI reporting, compliance, and candidate experience. The role supports rapid organizational growth through structured, data-driven recruitment processes and continuous improvement.

Leads complex, high-value customer projects across international operations while overseeing a portfolio of concurrent projects and managing Project Managers. Responsibilities include project governance, financial performance, scheduling, risk and change management, customer and executive stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, supplier coordination, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and finance teams.
