Manage end-to-end post-trade settlement and fund-related client transactions, resolving exceptions and settlement risks. Produce operational and regulatory reporting, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support fund lifecycle events, and drive continuous improvement using automation and AI tools. Maintain strong controls, audit readiness, and service levels while cross-training to support business continuity.

Manage delivery of the Compliance Framework and Monitoring Plan, provide regulatory advice, deliver training, prepare periodic reports, update policies, perform regulatory gap analysis, liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland, and drive remediation and change across the business.

Execute compliance monitoring tests (MiFID II areas: suitability, appropriateness, product governance, client categorisation), prepare reports and recommendations, present findings, support policy updates, review marketing materials, assist regulatory responses and compliance training.
