Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing reception, switchboard operations, inquiries, meeting room bookings, courier and taxi coordination, and general administrative support. Maintains a professional reception area, delivers excellent customer service, assists the administration team, and supports smooth office operations through organization and ad hoc duties.

Implements asset allocation, fund selections, rebalances, trades, subscriptions, redemptions, and cash flows across model portfolios. Monitors implementation progress, resolves exceptions, performs control checks, prepares RFPs, and supports client reporting, investment analysis, performance reporting, and presentations. The role requires investment operations experience, strong Excel skills, financial qualifications, attention to detail, and effective collaboration.
