Delivers client-facing advisory projects for charities and not-for-profit organizations, covering financial modeling, strategic planning, governance, sustainability, data analysis, and project management. Produces reports, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations while improving internal workflows through automation, AI, process standardization, and quality assurance. Coordinates international stakeholders, manages project workstreams, supports client engagements, and may mentor junior colleagues.

Leads the selection, due diligence, monitoring, and review of active and passive investment strategies across asset classes. Analyzes performance, risk, operations, ESG factors, market developments, and investment opportunities. Presents recommendations and insights, supports investment reporting and client queries, strengthens selection processes, and maintains relationships with fund managers, providers, and research partners.

Plan and deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid events; manage sponsorship activations, suppliers, budgets, registrations, communications, and stakeholder relationships. Support marketing campaigns, client hospitality, thought leadership, and internal engagement initiatives. Track attendance, engagement, lead generation, invoices, and sponsorship performance, producing post-event reports and recommendations. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, organisation, commercial awareness, and attention to detail within a professional or financial services environment.
