Owns discovery, strategy, design, roadmap, and delivery of custody product solutions. Translates client and business needs into requirements, use cases, prototypes, and scalable solutions; partners with Technology, Systems, Change Management, and Agile teams. Supports product adoption, client engagement, rollout, ROI assessment, and stakeholder alignment while managing operational, technical, commercial, and regulatory considerations.

Develop and deliver fund services product solutions by identifying client and market needs, shaping product strategy and roadmaps, defining requirements, and partnering with technology and change teams. Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum delivery, evaluate commercial and technical feasibility, create process designs and prototypes, support client engagement and adoption, and manage stakeholder alignment, risk, scalability, and ROI.

Own ETF product discovery, strategy, design, roadmap, and delivery across business, technology, operations, and change teams. Translate client and market needs into scalable product requirements, assess commercial and technical feasibility, support Agile/Scrum delivery as Product Owner, and drive adoption and client engagement. The role requires strong analytical, commercial, communication, stakeholder management, and technical skills, with knowledge of SQL, databases, visualization tools, and technology solutions.
