Owns Voice of Client and win/loss analysis, informs product investments and roadmaps, monitors fintech and partner ecosystems, and partners with product, strategy, innovation, operations, design, and leadership teams to guide product decisions across a complex organization.

Administers, optimizes, and continuously improves learning management and content platforms. Manages system configuration, integrations, content, user access, reporting, data integrity, support tickets, vendor relationships, and governance. Consults with Talent & Development stakeholders, translates business needs into technology solutions, leads learning technology projects, and recommends enhancements that improve learning delivery and user experience.

Lead product development for global FX currency administration: manage projects from inception to implementation, gather and document business requirements, design and execute tests (including UAT), perform business analysis to identify product gaps and process improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support client service teams.
