Own the strategic vision, roadmap, profitability, and full lifecycle of BBH’s European Fund Services product. Define market requirements, improve scalability and risk controls, incorporate regional practices, coordinate cross-functional development, support marketing and sales, monitor regulatory changes, and identify new product and revenue opportunities. The role requires expertise in fund administration, asset servicing, and asset management workflows and technology.

Administers, optimizes, and continuously improves learning management and content platforms. Manages system configuration, integrations, content, user access, reporting, data integrity, support tickets, vendor relationships, and governance. Consults with Talent & Development stakeholders, translates business needs into technology solutions, leads learning technology projects, and recommends enhancements that improve learning delivery and user experience.

Lead product development for global FX currency administration: manage projects from inception to implementation, gather and document business requirements, design and execute tests (including UAT), perform business analysis to identify product gaps and process improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support client service teams.
