Oversee mutual fund accounting for complex funds, ensuring accurate and timely valuations, records, and reports. Resolve transaction and portfolio-impacting issues, including hedging, performance fees, and dilution levies. Manages system configuration, integrations, content, user access, reporting, data integrity, support tickets, vendor relationships, and governance. Consults with Talent & Development stakeholders, translates business needs into technology solutions, leads learning technology projects, and recommends enhancements that improve learning delivery and user experience.

Lead product development for global FX currency administration: manage projects from inception to implementation, gather and document business requirements, design and execute tests (including UAT), perform business analysis to identify product gaps and process improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support client service teams.
