Lead and manage network engineering teams while overseeing secure, scalable, and highly available LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments. Provide tier 3 technical escalation, manage network projects and resources, communicate risks and performance to stakeholders, support architecture and cybersecurity initiatives, maintain capacity forecasts and reporting, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-workstream finance transformation programme: maintain roadmap, governance, budgets and benefits tracking; drive process improvement, ERP optimisation, technology evaluation, change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to realise measurable financial outcomes.

Design, build and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AI-enabled agent experiences. Integrate Agentforce with enterprise APIs and platforms, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimize conversational workflows, and support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement while ensuring security, governance, and platform best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test suites for backend services and APIs; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; validate integrations and data; log and track defects; collaborate with developers and product teams to improve test coverage and report regression status.

Embedded with a customer in aviation, deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice reconciliation, vendor management, spend control, financial reporting, and identify cost‑reduction and process automation opportunities.
