The role involves assisting the Tax Team in preparing schedules, documents for tax compliance, and audits for the Asia Pacific region. The candidate will manage projects, assist with training documentation for tax credits, and handle various assignments as needed.
Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily assist in preparing schedules and working files for tax compliance and various tax audit requirements for Asia Pacific.
- Assist in the pulling of supporting documents for the monthly Tax Rollforward file.
- Assist in the various projects and testings to be performed by the Tax Team.
- Assists in the preparation of reports and documentation of training expenses for BIR tax credits purposes
- To take on and manage ad-hoc assignments and handle other tasks as required by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowledge and work experience in taxation is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under heavy time pressure
- Willing to work overtime
- Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Keen to details
- Work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in Cebu City
