Role Overview
The  Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day Facilities Management (FM) activities across BMO’s Dublin office, with additional remote support to Paris and occasional in-person support for BMO’s Liverpool Street (London) location as required. This role will be based in Dublin and report directly to  (BMO). The Workplace Coordinator will act as the on-site liaison for operational delivery, vendor coordination, and day-to-day client interface, ensuring the workplace remains safe, efficient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary on-site coordinator for FM activities in Dublin, supporting Paris.

  • Support vendor performance, maintenance coordination, and compliance documentation.

  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal BMO stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Workplace Manager for BMO’s Liverpool Street site when required.

  • Ensure alignment with BMO’s global real estate standards, health & safety, and space planning protocols.
