Role Overview
The Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day Facilities Management (FM) activities across BMO’s Dublin office, with additional remote support to Paris and occasional in-person support for BMO’s Liverpool Street (London) location as required. This role will be based in Dublin and report directly to (BMO). The Workplace Coordinator will act as the on-site liaison for operational delivery, vendor coordination, and day-to-day client interface, ensuring the workplace remains safe, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary on-site coordinator for FM activities in Dublin, supporting Paris.
Support vendor performance, maintenance coordination, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with landlords, contractors, and internal BMO stakeholders.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Workplace Manager for BMO’s Liverpool Street site when required.
Ensure alignment with BMO’s global real estate standards, health & safety, and space planning protocols.
