Who you’re committed to being:
A proactive self-starter with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand the impact of data on business outcomes.
An excellent communicator who is comfortable delivering both positive and difficult feedback to internal stakeholders and customers.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for identifying patterns and assessing risks within sales processes.
What you’ll do:

Data Analysis: Utilize data to outline and prioritize opportunities for customer outreach and license expansion.
Internal Collaboration: Interact with all segments in Emea, including strategic teams and all sales leaders, to align on targets and strategy.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with legal, RSO, and product teams to ensure all sales activities and contract expansions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Audit and Monitoring: Perform regular audits of sales processes and documentation to identify potential compliance issues or expansion opportunities.
Reporting: Regularly report on key KPI metrics, including activity levels, pipeline generation (PG), and bookings.
Experience you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience in a sales, compliance, or operations-based role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with risk and compliance principles and frameworks.
Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and identify customer opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Activity Metrics: Volume of customer outreach and engagements.
Pipeline Generation: Total value of new opportunities created.
Bookings: Total revenue generated from license expansions and new sales.
Requirements:
