Responsibilities :
JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:
The Workfront System Administrator is responsible for working across the user community, in partnership with other end user personas, to respond to the needs and interests of end users to proactively identify solutions, seek opportunities to achieve greater efficiency and lead/support implementation work as approved. Additionally, they monitor and maintain the health and performance of the system.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Workfront System Administrator support organizational-level system configuration across functional areas, such as paid user licensing, layout templates, workflow templates, custom data, statuses, and preferences.
End User Support:
- User Setup, as needed.
- Support help requests, triage questions and process issues from users.
- Provide process subject matter expertise and answer process questions as arise.
Training and Onboarding:
- Help to develop, maintain, and implement clear, standardized process and training documentation for education, course correction, compliance, and enforcement.
- Host training and support new user onboarding.
System Administration:
- Troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with Workfront technical support
- Test Workfront beta preview releases and inform teams of Release changes
- Support configuration activities across Groups including templates, layouts, custom fields and form management, workflow templates, status and preferences.
- Maintain configuration documentation.
- Develop, evolve, and maintain reporting and dashboard development
- Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc metric reports for management to measure performance.
- Identify best practices and opportunities across groups.
Initiative Support:
- Form and lead governance committee to ensure future state solution design meeting evolving business needs.
- Coordinate with other Teams to identify workflow opportunities, reporting and manage the Workfront Solution.
- Maintain a release schedule for new functionality or process changes associated with the Workfront tool.
- Support new business qualification to ensure focusing on the right types of opportunities.
- Supports Workfront continuous improvement projects from initiation through delivery and end user adoption.
- Collaborate on enhancements and configuration changes.
- Support organizational initiatives and business goals via applying Workfront, systems, data analysis, and reporting expertise.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Completion of the Core Team Training and Administrator Fundamentals Workfront One training course to enable demonstrated understanding of, and proficiency in configuring the full range of Adobe Workfront native functionality
- Knowledge on report & dashboard management
- Good command of the English language in written and oral communications.
- High value placed on and expedient in troubleshooting
- Service-oriented, willing to work on weekends, if needed, for database testing or when system outages occur.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS, BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology. Other related courses are acceptable.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years job-related work experience.
