Job Description:
As a Principal Solutions Consultant for the Nordics region at Pluralsight, you will function as an authoritative technical advisor for our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. In this senior presales role, you will be instrumental in understanding and solving complex customer problems. Your primary focus will be on identifying and crafting solutions that position Pluralsight's products and services to meet customer needs. Partnering closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams, you will act as a key technical authority, removing roadblocks and articulating the value of our technology and service offerings. Your expertise will be essential in helping to grow and secure these key accounts across the Nordics and the wider EMEA region.

What you’ll do:
Customer Relationship & Technical Advisory: Develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with customer business and technical decision-makers. You will be their primary technical contact.
Technical Sales & Value Articulation: Actively engage with enterprise customers alongside the Sales team. You will articulate Pluralsight's technology and professional services offerings, identify upsell opportunities, and assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs.
Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with the customer, our Professional Services team, and product teams to ensure the successful integration of the Pluralsight platform into the customer's technology ecosystem.
Strategic Account Growth:
Collaborate with the account team to secure renewals and develop strategies for scaling accounts.
Find opportunities for customers to adopt more features and functionalities to increase product stickiness and value.
Promote the early adoption of new platform capabilities, ensuring our largest accounts become product champions.
Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts: Develop and deliver targeted product demonstrations and handle effective Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for enterprise executives and decision-makers.r
Experience you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably at an enterprise level.
A degree in a technical subject area, such as Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent business acumen with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects for various audiences, from executives to technical partners.
Strong understanding of APIs and their practical application (experience with GraphQL is a plus).
Experience with generative AI is considered a plus.
Experience in one or more of our technical domains or with learning technologies is highly desirable.
A self-starter who can effectively manage time, prioritize a demanding workload with autonomy, and provide insight into key enterprise deals.
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish.
A degree in a technical subject area, such as Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.
