About the role
As a Content Management Specialist, you will be working within an agile team to assist with performing daily maintenance and content changes on Gen’s customer-facing web properties. You will work with your agile team to groom, plan, and execute the team's backlog in an efficient manner, whilst maintaining an outstanding user experience for our customers. The scope of the work will be of a global nature.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web content management. Experience working with a large-scale content management system is necessary. A detail-oriented person with a strong analytical mind, eye for detail and drive to execute tasks efficiently is ideal.
What You Will Do in This Role

  • Maintain web content using Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Create custom web pages to support marketing initiatives.

  • Update online web pages, marketing collateral and links.

  • Assist with global production coordination.

  • Assist with analyzing and processing requests in an Agile team.

  • You'll publish content in multiple languages and work with localization and QA teams to ensure a seamless process.

  • Work with product, development and QA teams on outlining defects in the CMS.
     

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

  • BS/BA in computer science or related discipline; or 2 – 4 years professional experience working with content management systems

  • Strong technical web production skills and understanding of Content Management Systems a must.

  • Experienced publishing content in Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Ability to execute on simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.

  • An excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team or independently.

  • Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization.
