Your challenges?

Learning Support: You collect and consolidate training needs, support employees and managers with MyLearning, manage training data for audits, and analyze training evaluations.

Production Training: You schedule and coordinate training actions for production employees.

Talent Development: You manage talent development campaigns for operators.

Employee Relations: You support employee relations activities and ensure legal postings are updated.

Time Attendance & Payroll: You track absences, assist with payroll inquiries, manage badges, and communicate time attendance information.

Administrative Support: You assist with onboarding and offboarding, manage employee documents, and follow up on work accidents.

Employee Involvement: You act as the IP referent, support deployment plans, facilitate IP meetings, and contribute to V5000 audits.

Well-being Initiatives: You promote workplace well-being, organize working groups, and develop quality-of-life action plans.

HR Projects & Other Tasks: You manage site-specific HR projects and handle additional responsibilities as required.
