The site of Tuam based in Ireland belongs to Brain Division. We are looking for a VIE HR Generalist for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

  • Learning Support: You collect and consolidate training needs, support employees and managers with MyLearning, manage training data for audits, and analyze training evaluations.

  • Production Training: You schedule and coordinate training actions for production employees.

  • Talent Development: You manage talent development campaigns for operators.

  • Employee Relations: You support employee relations activities and ensure legal postings are updated.

  • Time Attendance & Payroll: You track absences, assist with payroll inquiries, manage badges, and communicate time attendance information.

  • Administrative Support: You assist with onboarding and offboarding, manage employee documents, and follow up on work accidents.

  • Employee Involvement: You act as the IP referent, support deployment plans, facilitate IP meetings, and contribute to V5000 audits.

  • Well-being Initiatives: You promote workplace well-being, organize working groups, and develop quality-of-life action plans.

  • HR Projects & Other Tasks: You manage site-specific HR projects and handle additional responsibilities as required.

  • You are graduated from a Master/School degree in Human Resources

  • You have a fluent level of English

  • You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

  • You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
