​Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor TLR ( internal rejects) for GEN /6/6.5 projects and support analysis.

  • Perform final quality audit for GEN /6/6.5 projects before shipping to customers.

  • Initiate a VIM incident ( PDCA) in the case of DV/PV test failures and for top issues contributing to TLR.

  • Support tracking and actions on project quality roadmap for V5000 -TQ06.

  • Monitor customer specific requirements on customer portals.

  • Risk chaser, Avoid taking unnecessary risks for the project (process, Quality costs, timing)

  • Control and monitoring of the conformity of the builds.

  • Support the customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects.

  • Support the supplier management activities.

  • Create and audit the proto/ pre series control plan versus the process.

  • Monitor and track cleanliness results for the process and product.

  • Ensure QRQC rules are applied

  • Participate to the project QRQC and ensure project team use of QRQC material / rules

  • Ensure that all the issues are in the single list of issues and manage in the QRQC
