This position involves planning and conducting user research to uncover user needs, synthesizing insights, and collaborating with product teams to inform design and development.
At Userpilot, we empower product-led companies to create experiences their users truly value. We’re looking for a mid-level UX Researcher to help ensure user insights directly inform how we design and build our platform.
In this role, you’ll uncover user needs and pain points, then translate them into clear, actionable direction for our product designers and engineers. You’ll play a key role in connecting research with execution — ensuring solutions are not only intuitive, but also rooted in genuine user value.
What you’ll do
- Plan and conduct user research to uncover behaviors, motivations, and challenges.
- Synthesize findings into clear insights and requirements that guide design and development.
- Communicate user pain points and the value of solutions in a way that inspires action.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Champion a user-first mindset, ensuring every project starts with customer needs.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or growth-focused products.
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Highly organized, with the ability to structure complex insights into clear requirements.
- Strong communicator, able to bridge user understanding with product decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across design, product, and engineering teams.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the product direction at Userpilot — making sure every feature and experience is driven by a deep understanding of our users.
