Role Overview:

We are seeking a UX Designer for our Design System team in Dublin or Kraków (in office 2 days per week). In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to maintain and extend our design system. This work helps multiple teams deliver exceptional experiences for our industry-leading insurance software products, touching the lives of users globally.

Your day-to-day:

  • Help maintain and update our design system components and documentation

  • Create and modify UI components in Figma

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation

  • Assist in usability testing of design system components

  • Support the team in creating design guidelines and best practices

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-3 years of UX design experience

  • Strong knowledge of Figma

  • Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries

  • Good eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (nice to have)

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
