The Senior UX/UI Designer will join a Global Design group that contributes to a range of product and strategic initiatives through participation in every aspect of the design process, from discovery and ideation, to prototyping, testing, iterating and product launch. 

The position is based in Dublin and may require some international travel to other CITCO locations. The Senior UX/UI Designer will report to the regional Design Manager, and interact with business stakeholders, and technical groups

Your role:

• Lead UX for products across Citco’s core business and CX initiatives
• Lead business workshops, map user journeys, and create service blue prints
• Create research-driven, compelling user experiences and bring them to life with impactful visual design
• Deliver UX/UI activities through prototypes, wireframes, user flows, service blueprints, and hi-fi designs
• Translate complex processes into intuitive and elegant UX
• Work with the Design System champions to ensure UI/UX consistency
• Deliver design specifications to product/platform owners and engineering
• Advocate for prioritization of design-centred changes, refinements, and improvements

About You: 

• Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented system thinker and visual designer, working in a fast-paced environment
• An analytical thinker and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems
• 3-5 years of professional experience required as Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role 
• Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or the equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, or alternatives
• Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
