Role OverviewWe are seeking a UI/UX Developer to join our Dublin team and bridge the gap between design and engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to bring intuitive, performant, and accessible user interfaces to life. This role combines front-end development expertise with a strong design sensibility — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology.
You’ll help shape the look, feel, and functionality of our healthcare technology platforms, ensuring every interaction is polished, consistent, and user-centered.
- Implement high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces based on UX/UI designs.
- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into production-ready front-end code.
- Work with product managers and engineers to deliver seamless, performant user experiences.
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
- Conduct front-end performance optimization and accessibility audits.
- Partner with UX designers during research and usability testing to prototype and validate new ideas.
- Ensure consistent design implementation across web and mobile applications.
- Stay current with front-end frameworks, design tools, and UX development best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in front-end or UI/UX development roles.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience implementing responsive, accessible, and cross-browser user interfaces.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch and ability to work closely with design teams.
- Understanding of design systems, component-driven development, and CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and Agile workflows.
- Strong eye for design detail and understanding of UX principles.
- Background in healthcare technology or other regulated industries is a plus.
