As a Software Engineer III, you’ll help shape the technical direction, build scalable solutions, and share knowledge with other engineers.

** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our Dublin office**

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality backend services that bring real value to our customers.
You’ll work as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product, design, and engineering peers to deliver impactful solutions, while continuously developing your technical expertise.
You’ll have opportunities to contribute ideas to improve our systems, strengthen engineering practices, and grow your knowledge of AWS, data, and DevOps technologies.
The skills you bring:
4 years + of experience designing and building backend services and APIs (GraphQL and REST) using Python, with a focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability.
Hands on experience working with AWS services or equivalent (e.g., ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront) and in implementing secure, reliable, and efficient solutions.
Understanding data pipelines and experience working with large-scale data ingestion, transformation, or analytics workflows.
A solid grasp of software development principles and best practices in testing, version control, and CI/CD.
Experience with Git and collaborative engineering workflows to drive quality and consistency.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of your work and see features through to delivery.
Good to have
Experience working with front-end engineers (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) to deliver API-driven applications.
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g. Splunk) and performance monitoring.
Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, and CodeArtifact.
Interest in data analytics, machine learning, or real-time processing systems.
