JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and analyzing various aspects of the company’s accounting system and work independently with general supervision from management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyzes general ledger account balances.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation and balance sheets.
- Analyze financial transactions including costing issues, PPV analysis, etc.
- Analyze data related to overall profit and costing detail.
- Prepare timely reports and communication with functional areas.
- Collect data and prepare reports on sales & costs, inventories, projects, capex, purchase orders etc.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years of experience (Ideally in a similar manufacturing entity)
- Part - Qualified Chartered, Certified or Management Accountant
- Task-oriented with the ability to adjust multiple priorities in a short period of time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with other team members, in an effective, pleasant, courteous and tactful manner
- Proficient systems experience with strong excel skills. Hands on experience with SAP is beneficial
