Territory Manager (Maternity Cover 12 months contract) North East

Manage a defined North East sales territory to drive revenue growth and onboard new dental accounts. Use consultative selling to educate and modernize practices with Invisalign and iTero solutions, build account and territory plans, deliver product demonstrations, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer support to meet sales targets.
This position is ideal for mid-level to senior sales professionals to join the Global Commercial Sales team as a GP Territory Manager, driving business growth and accelerating the adoption of digital dentistry solutions. Partnering with General Dentists across a defined territory, you will provide consultative sales expertise and industry insights to influence decision-making and support practice transformation.

Role expectations
Manage a defined sales territory, driving revenue growth and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to educate customers on industry trends and patient needs.
• Build strong relationships with General Dentists, understanding their business goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
• Challenge and support customers in modernizing their practices through the adoption of digital technologies and clear aligner solutions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Territory Plan based on market potential and account segmentation.
• Create and implement detailed account plans for high-potential customers, leveraging deep understanding of their business opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrate the value of Invisalign and iTero solutions.
• Monitor territory performance, identify growth opportunities, and take proactive actions to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, and customer support) to maximize customer success and satisfaction.
What we're looking for
• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in sales (preferably medical, dental, or B2B consultative sales).
• Skills: Strong sales acumen with proven ability to manage a territory, build pipelines, and close deals; consultative selling mindset.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer focus: Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
