  • Proven background in customer success, technical support, or application support
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple issues under pressure and collaborate across teams and management levels

Even Better If...

  • Prior experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support or SaaS application support
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Core CRM, platform technologies, and Agentforce, plus Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I) or active Trailhead Ranger status
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, developer tooling (VS Code, Salesforce CLI / SFDX), web technologies (firewalls, proxy servers, REST/SOAP APIs), and multi-tenant cloud architecture
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant STEM field (or equivalent practical experience); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
