What You’ll Do:
Lead Microsoft Solution Delivery – Design and implement new technology solutions on the Microsoft stack, overseeing rollout and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture patterns.
Architectural Design & Strategy – Create application and integration architectures, solution blueprints, and provide strategic guidance to business and technology stakeholders.
System Assessment & Direction – Evaluate existing systems, recommend future architecture, and set technical direction for development teams to ensure successful delivery.
Collaboration & Requirements Analysis – Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and engage with business users to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Mentorship & Leadership – Coach senior developers and junior architects, driving architectural change and best practices across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience as a Technical Architect in full-stack Microsoft environments, with strong expertise in application and integration architectures (typically 5+ years).
Proven ability to design on-premises, cloud-native (Azure), and hybrid solutions.
Significant hands-on .NET development experience (typically 4+ years) with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, WebAPI, LINQ, EF – or equivalent skills gained through projects or roles.
Skilled in assessing architectures and recommending suitable technologies, adhering to Enterprise Architecture standards and governance.
Experience designing APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations (REST, SOAP, Azure Service Bus) with secure practices (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSL, JWT).
Desirable Skills:
Technical Architecture and Azure certifications (Associate level or above).
Track record of architecting large-scale, high-throughput solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud and API design patterns.
Working knowledge of Azure services (App Service, API Management, DevOps CI/CD).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and managing competing priorities.
