What You Will Do
- Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new Data Centre clients across Europe, focusing on custom HVAC solutions including Air Handling Units, CRAC/CRAH systems, FAN Walls, CDUs, and MDC units.
- Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales process with precision and urgency.
- Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive tailored HVAC solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with consulting engineers, architects, and data centre stakeholders to position our solutions as best-in-class.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.

What We Look For
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business development or technical sales, ideally within HVAC, Data Centre or related engineering sectors.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to translate technical features into client benefits.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and driven to succeed.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
