About Wayflyer

Today's small businesses need a capital provider that keeps pace with their growth ambitions. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer.

Our technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours. To date, we've deployed over $6bn to thousands of businesses worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan.

You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world. We have offices in Dublin, London, New York, Charlotte, Berlin and Sydney.

The challenge

RevOps at Wayflyer is a team of builders. We're not just looking for people who can spot what's broken and flag it, that skill matters and we have great people who do it well. We're looking for people who also have the technical range to build the fix themselves, independently, without waiting on someone else's roadmap.

We sit at the epicenter of an exceptionally fast-growing business running across multiple channels and partners, and it's our job to make sure the systems underneath that growth have the ability to scale. This role is for a builder who wants to see the impact of their work fast, ideally in seconds, while still thinking several steps ahead so today's quick fix doesn't turn into next year's technical debt. We want people who enjoy the instant feedback loop just as much as the long game.

What you'll actually do
  • Integrations & Technical Ownership: Build, maintain and improve the systems, internal automations and integrations that make our sales and CS teams faster and more effective, from the ground up.

  • AI-Native Systems: Build, deploy and continuously sharpen AI-native workflows and agents that augment how Sales, CS and the wider Revenue org work, not just automate around the edges.

  • Data, Analytics & Problem Solving: Use self-sourced data to diagnose what's actually broken, run root cause analysis, and build the fix yourself, then measure it against real KPIs and keep iterating.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Ownership: Work directly with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to turn half-formed requirements into systems that actually solve the problem.

  • Revenue Data Hygiene: Own regular audits, deduplication, enrichment and the process fixes that keep our data usable across every system that touches it.

  • Driving Operational Excellence: Spot inefficiencies before anyone asks you to, prioritise ruthlessly, and build the automated solutions that let the function scale without adding headcount.

What this role could turn into

This function sits at the intersection of Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Data and Engineering, so you'll get exposure most people spend years angling for. People who do this well tend to move toward GTM strategy, GTM engineering, product roles, and beyond. The sky is the limit.

Who thrives here

You're an AI-native builder who thinks in scale, not one-off fixes, and gets uncomfortable when you spot a manual workaround. You're just as comfortable pairing with Engineering as you are in the room with Sales leadership, translating one for the other without losing anything in the middle. You run towards the hardest, messiest problems, you don't wait for permission, and you don't need a fully-scoped brief before you start. You're always watching what the best GTM teams are building, and you'd rather pitch a bold idea than ship another incremental tweak.

We hire for range

3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consulting or similar, but tenure isn't the point, trajectory is. Whatever your background, you're an AI-native builder with strong business acumen and a sharp eye for the difference between a good customer experience and a bad one.

You bring fluency in Python (or Node) and SQL, hands-on experience configuring HubSpot and its developer suite, and comfort with automation platforms like Zapier, Pipedream, n8n or UiPath. You've likely configured CPQ, CLM, sales engagement or customer-success platforms before, and just as importantly, you've driven adoption of something you built, not just shipped it and walked away. Extra credit if you've built and deployed AI agents, integrated AI/LLM-based solutions into existing workflows, or built automated pipelines end to end.
