Lead design and continuous improvement of credit policies, underwriting frameworks, and scorecards. Rebuild and automate underwriting, integrate new data and vendors, partner with Decision Science, Engineering, Risk, Finance and Revenue, and feed portfolio insights into leadership and Board reporting. Use AI tools operationally and own override taxonomy and feedback loops to sharpen policy and calibration.

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage eCommerce founders to identify their funding needs, build trust, and set meetings for Account Executives in a target-driven sales environment.

Provide legal leadership on external funding and lending products: implement and maintain debt facilities, intercreditor arrangements and security structures; own contract templates and playbook; advise commercial teams across jurisdictions; manage local counsel; stress-test product launches; and help shape legal tech and processes.

Analyze financial data of customers, assess risks for funding, support sales and operations, and enhance understanding of loan portfolios.

Assess financial and non-financial data of new and existing eCommerce customers to quantify credit risk and manage loan portfolio. Support customer calls, coordinate with sales and operations, build processes and products, present findings to senior stakeholders, and help determine portfolio exits and risk mitigation strategies.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python/Django backend services and RESTful APIs for financial products. Implement data models, write tests, optimize performance, ensure availability and security, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and maintain production systems.

Design and implement complex customer-facing frontend features using TypeScript and React. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, drive frontend architecture and best practices, improve performance and accessibility, partner with product/design, integrate with backend APIs, and manage technical debt and scalability.

Build and own end-to-end features across backend and frontend: design backend services and data models (Python/Django), implement RESTful APIs, create reusable frontend components (TypeScript/React), write tests, participate in code reviews, maintain production reliability and security, and collaborate with product and design.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex fintech workflows across web and mobile. Drive discovery through delivery, prototype concepts, translate financial data into intuitive experiences, evolve the design system, collaborate with engineers, influence product decisions, participate in critiques, and mentor others at the Staff level.
