Build end-to-end product features: collaborate with product and design, write clean testable code, ship production-ready features, maintain live systems, participate in code reviews and documentation, and drive technical quality.

Build and maintain revenue systems, integrations, automations, and AI-native workflows supporting Sales and Customer Success. Analyze data, perform root-cause investigations, improve revenue data hygiene, and measure results against KPIs. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Drive operational efficiency, platform adoption, and automation across the revenue organization.

Owns cross-functional operational improvement across Underwriting, Product, Engineering, and Sales. The role identifies root causes, defines KPIs, analyzes data, builds workflow automations, manages projects end to end, and develops AI-enabled ticket triage, routing, and fraud-detection workflows. It requires hands-on SQL, scripting, AI automation experience, stakeholder management, and independent ownership in a fast-paced environment.
