Rebuild and automate underwriting, integrate new data and vendors, partner with Decision Science, Engineering, Risk, Finance and Revenue, and feed portfolio insights into leadership and Board reporting. Use AI tools operationally and own override taxonomy and feedback loops to sharpen policy and calibration.

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage eCommerce founders to identify their funding needs, build trust, and set meetings for Account Executives in a target-driven sales environment.

Partner with technology and commercial leaders on people strategy, manager coaching, talent management, employee relations, training, retention, succession planning, DEIB initiatives, and people projects. Improve HR processes and systems in a fast-growing scale-up, using data to influence senior stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
