Are you ready to take your sourcing expertise to the next level at one of the most exciting startups in web automation? We're looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer who will play a key role in discovering exceptional talent and helping shape the future of Apify.

You'll be Apify’s detective, uncovering top talent in the tech world. Your mission? To build strong relationships with potential candidates, engage them in meaningful conversations, and introduce them to exciting opportunities at Apify. Over time, you'll have the chance to contribute more strategically to our hiring efforts.

What you’ll be working on?

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying top tech talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant platforms.
  • Crafting and executing outreach strategies to engage potential candidates.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent excited about Apify’s mission.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Keeping up with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in sourcing.
  • Representing Apify at networking events, meetups, and online communities to expand our talent reach.

By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to:

  • Know what makes us tick - our people, our purpose, and where we're heading next.
  • Get hands-on training in advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Get creative with outreach strategies and test different engagement approaches.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand who would thrive in their teams and why.
  • Begin tracking and measuring the effectiveness of your sourcing efforts.
  • Gain experience in managing talent pipelines and keeping candidate data organized behind the scenes.

By the end of the first 6 months, we expect you to:

  • Be an active member in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating on hiring decisions.
  • Develop a strong talent pool to support future hiring needs.
  • Build relationships and share our story with tech communities at meetups, conferences, and online spaces.
  • Shape and implement recruitment strategies that connect great people with outreach messaging.
