Job Description

To provide an efficient and a technically proficient administrative and support function to the CSC across the Wealth and Investment Suites. To ensure strict compliance with laid-down risk management controls and processes. To support the CSC by enabling operational effectiveness of administrative functions from a risk perspective.

Qualifications

Experience Required

  • 3-4 years in Banking Ops - required
  • 3-4 years in Risk - preferred

Key Outputs:

  • Conform to the bank’s risk policies and procedures for all products. Efficiency & Effectiveness of Risk and Compliance, as indicated through positive findings of Internal Audit and Compliance reports.
  • Focus on excellent time management through short and medium term effective planning strategies.
  • Constant review of processes and strategies required to enhance service excellence to the client base
  • Identify problems/potential problems by applying knowledge to precedents and trends and suggesting innovative and unique solutions to enhance and improve service delivery.
  • Take into account sensitivities and confidentiality when dealing with high profile WI customers in the business community and their potential influence on business gained/lost for all business units.
  • Maintaining close and regular contact with staff to monitor quality of work. Where required provide appraisal input to CSC Managers. Coach, Guide and Monitor EDD Consultants Responsible for Recruitment and performance management of staff
  • Sound knowledge of bank’s laid-down policies and procedures relating to all areas under control. Putting into practice Knowledge of risk management principles and Anti Money Laundering practices and the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act
