Talent Acquisition Specialist (9 month FTC)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts and managing the full cycle hiring process for their allocated Business Units. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and senior business leaders, developing recruitment strategies by leveraging data and insights, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while meeting the needs and supporting Primark’s overall growth.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Manager, Lead and Head of roles across multiple business functions.
    • Partner with senior leaders to deliver talent strategies aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
    • Support workforce planning and talent forecasting through data, market insights, and talent intelligence.
    • Build diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, talent mapping, social platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
    • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, providing expert advice and driving continuous improvement.
    • Use recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and optimise outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • Champion the effective use of recruitment technology, ensuring accurate data and meaningful reporting.
    • Promote best-practice recruitment, ensuring compliance with GDPR, company policies, and company values.

    Additional Information

    What You'll Bring

    • 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in house experience.
    • The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
    • A passion for finding and engaging top talent and creating an outstanding candidate experience.
    • Confidence using data and market insights to shape hiring strategies and improve results.
    • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the agility to thrive in a changing environment.
    • A curious, innovative mindset and a drive to continuously improve how things are done.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to work independently.
    • Previous experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) model beneficial
