Supports the reliability and performance of Primark’s Databricks-based data platform. Responsibilities include monitoring pipelines, investigating incidents, coordinating releases and production handovers, maintaining operational documentation and dashboards, supporting Azure data services and access management, and improving DataOps practices. The role also contributes to migration from Teradata to Databricks, platform modernization, automation, observability, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manage corporation tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including filings, tax calculations, provisions, disclosures, payments, audits, and reporting. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, tax authorities, and external advisors while providing practical tax guidance. Improve tax processes, controls, data quality, and automation. Partners with Product, Technical, Sourcing, Buying, Design, QA, and suppliers to improve fit consistency, reduce physical samples, shorten approval timelines, and enhance speed to market. Maintains technical documentation, digital assets, training resources, and governance processes while supporting virtual garment development and digital workflow transformation.

Supports apparel product development and quality assurance by learning garment fit, construction, sizing, testing, compliance, materials, sustainability, manufacturing, and supplier processes. Assists with fit sessions, product reviews, approvals, risk assessments, KPI delivery, administrative work, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Buying teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support quality-focused decisions.

Develop and execute strategic change communications for enterprise transformation programs. Partner with senior leaders, project teams, People & Culture, and communications stakeholders to create compelling narratives, support organizational readiness, measure communication effectiveness, and coach leaders. The role also develops communication frameworks, mentors junior staff, and supports crisis communications and business resilience activities.

Leads technical development and quality assurance for womenswear products, ensuring safety, compliance, fit, construction, testing, and commercial viability. Partners with Buying, Design, Compliance, and suppliers to approve products, resolve quality issues, assess risks, analyze returns and customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Coaches team members, delivers training, supports offshore quality teams, and promotes consistent quality standards across suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for manager, lead, and head-level roles across business functions. Partners with senior leaders on talent strategies, workforce planning, forecasting, and hiring decisions. Builds diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, social platforms, and AI-enabled tools. Uses recruitment data and market insights to improve outcomes, manages stakeholder relationships, supports candidate experience, ensures recruitment technology and reporting accuracy, and promotes GDPR-compliant best practices.

Manage tax authority engagements, including APAs, MAPs, audits, and enquiries; oversee external advisors and budgets; maintain policies, intercompany agreements, documentation, and governance; and partner with Finance, Commercial, and Legal stakeholders on transactions and strategic initiatives.

Leads procurement workflow design, digital platform implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Partners with cross-functional teams and vendors, manages access and data integrity, drives user adoption through training and documentation, and analyzes platform performance using dashboards and reporting tools to support automation and decision-making.

Lead end-to-end organizational change across transformation initiatives and projects. Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Establish and lead Primark’s Treasury Controls function, building governance, operational processes, and controls across settlements, payments, reconciliations, banking administration, and treasury systems. Oversee treasury operations, improve and automate processes, support FIS Integrity implementation, and ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulations. Lead and develop the Treasury Controls team while partnering with Treasury, Finance, GBS, Audit, and banking stakeholders.
