Lead coordination, review, and submission of indirect tax and statistical returns across international markets; manage payments, refunds and reconciliations; support audits, advisory projects and new market rollouts; improve processes, systems and controls; and lead and develop the Indirect Tax Compliance team.

Lead Primark's culture agenda by planning and delivering engagement, recognition and values-driven initiatives. Manage the Culture & Values calendar, deliver events and communications (Zing), create content, toolkits and assets, coordinate global recognition programmes, track engagement metrics, and build stakeholder relationships to embed company values across the colleague lifecycle.

Plan, lead and deliver risk‑based internal audits across Primark operations, focusing on store and retail controls. Manage audit teams, perform risk assessments, conduct fieldwork, produce audit reports, track remediation, engage stakeholders, and contribute to annual audit planning and group initiatives.
