Legal Counsel supporting Primark’s supply chain operations through drafting and negotiating contracts across logistics, warehousing, transport, and technology. Provides commercially focused legal advice, supports regulatory change and strategic projects, manages external counsel, improves legal processes, and partners with procurement and operational stakeholders. Requires a qualified solicitor with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience and strong commercial contracting, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Provides strategic legal advice across retail, digital, technology, and operational initiatives. Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, advises business leaders on legal risk, supports transformation projects, manages external counsel, monitors regulatory developments, and improves legal processes. Partners with teams across the organization to deliver practical, commercially focused guidance.

Lead projects to design and optimise fulfilment and distribution networks, deliver automation and operational improvements, manage multi‑workstream implementations, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, support testing and operational readiness, and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies across supply chain operations.
