Lead PMO operations for a global EPOS transformation, maintaining governance, RAID management, integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, dependency management, executive reporting, quality assurance, stage gates, and audit readiness across a complex multi-workstream programme.

Leads apparel fit standards, grading rules, block libraries, and digital fitting initiatives across womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear. Partners with Product, Technical, Buying, Design, QA, sourcing, and suppliers to improve fit consistency, reduce physical samples, accelerate approvals, and support digital product development. Maintains technical documentation, digital assets, fit processes, and training resources while governing standards and enabling adoption of virtual garment creation technologies.

Lead end-to-end organisational change across transformation programmes and projects. Develop change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, training, and readiness activities. Drive adoption of new processes and systems, manage change risks and dependencies, report on readiness metrics, and support go-lives, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
